Stephanie H. Vo  is a Partner in the Miami office who practices on all aspects of general liability, focusing primarily on premises liability claims involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.  She has devoted most of her legal career to defending apartment complexes, condominium associations, hotels, restaurants, and retail businesses against various types of premises liability claims, including negligent security and failure to maintain, as well as claims of negligent hiring, retention and supervision.  Stephanie prides herself in her ability to aggressively and effectively defend her clients to obtain favorable results in a cost-effective, and efficient, manner.

Stephanie also has experience as a claims manager for a national company  handling claims primarily relating to historical asbestos, environmental contamination and other latent damage, on behalf of certain insurance companies.  As such, Stephanie understands the unique issues faced by insurers and their claims department, including issues relating to coverage and bad faith claims.  

Born in Vietnam, Stephanie is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.  She received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.  She is licensed to practice in Florida in both State and Federal courts.
