Robert Bowden is a partner at the firm’s Orlando office. Robert is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on first party property, general civil litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, product liability, catastrophic personal injury, and negligent security. Robert is a skilled litigator whose experience evaluating cases has resulted in favorable results for clients.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller, and Birthsel, Robert was an associate at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida. Robert also worked as a contract attorney for a top 100 corporation defending product liability claims. Robert’s additional legal experience includes representing mortgage lenders and banking institutions in foreclosure litigation, mass tort litigation, medical malpractice, and Workers’ Compensation defense.

Prior to law school Robert served as Corporate Director for a large Central Florida Hospital group.
