Nicholas H. DeCapua is a Partner and the firm’s Miami office. Nicholas a civil litigation and trial attorney practicing in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, since 2000.

Nicholas was born in Brooklyn, New York and served in the U.S. Navy from 1986-1994, receiving numerous commendations and an Honorable Discharge. After completing his military service, Nicholas attended St. John’s University where he graduated with honors and received a B.S. Degree in Business Finance. He subsequently attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, receiving a Juris Doctor Degree.

During his legal career, Nicholas has handled countless catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, on both the plaintiff and defense side. He further possesses significant experience in the areas of vehicular negligence, premises liability, including negligent security, as well as professional and medical negligence matters.

Nicholas also has significant jury trial experience, having first chaired in excess of 20 cases to verdict.
