Mary Corbin is a partner in the Miami office. Mary is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation. She is a skilled litigator who has represented national and regional insurance carriers in sophisticated legal matters involving commercial general liability and personal lines insurance. Mary is known for her zealous advocacy on behalf of clients and the use of efficient and effective litigation strategies to meet their goals.

  • Won summary judgment against a plaintiff who failed to comply with post-loss duty and condition precedent to coverage and suit to submit a sworn statement in proof of loss.
  • Prevailed on Daubert motion striking a plaintiff’s expert on damages, resulting in the case being dismissed before trial.
