Lauren Williams is an associate attorney at the firm’s Jacksonville office. Her practice is primarily concentrated in general civil litigation and appellate matters. Lauren is a skilled and zealous advocate for her clients.

Prior to joining HM&B, Lauren worked to defend hospitals, physicians, and other medical professionals in defense of claims involving medical or professional negligence, including wrongful death claims. She also vigorously defended insurance companies in general liability claims.

Lauren received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and earned her Juris Doctorate at the Charleston School of Law where she was recognized for her pro bono service work. After law school, Lauren worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s Fourth Judicial Circuit, as well as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida in the Consumer Protection Division.
