Kishel is an Associate in the Miami office. Her practice focuses on defending premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and general liability claims, with additional experience in first-party property litigation. She represents a broad range of clients in both state and federal courts. Kishel brings her strong research and writing skills to craft persuasive legal arguments and develop effective litigation strategies.

Originally from the Bahamas, Kishel moved to Florida where she earned her J.D. from Florida International University. During her time in law school, Kishel served as an Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review and was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team. Kishel also served as the Vice President of the Caribbean Law Student Bar Association and the Public Relations Officer for the Black Law Students Association.

Prior to law school, Kishel received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Music Technology and Pre-Law from Oral Roberts University where she graduated summa cum laude and was an NCAA Division I track and field athlete. Kishel is also a classically trained violinist and was a member of the university’s orchestra and chorale.
