Kimberly Hendee is an associate attorney in the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense, maritime law, and civil litigation in both Florida and federal courts.

Kimberly was born and raised in Tampa and graduated from the University of Florida as a double Gator with her law degree and a bachelor’s of science in Business Economics. While in law school, Kimberly served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Kimberly also worked as a research fellow for Professor Fletcher Baldwin, Jr., co-authoring an academic article on the 2008 financial crisis, which was subsequently presented at the University of Cambridge. Kimberly also interned for the Honorable Elizabeth G. Rice in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

Kimberly is admitted to the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Kimberly has also argued before the Florida Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeal.

Outside the office, Kimberly enjoys cooking, running, Gator football, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their golden retriever.
