Elizabeth Grindell is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Elizabeth is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on general liability and insurance defense matters. Additionally, she has experience with auto glass litigation and pre-suit global settlement conferences to resolve multiple competing claims. Elizabeth is known for her vigorous advocacy on behalf of her clients. 

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Elizabeth worked at insurance defense firms handling  auto negligence, premises liability, gig economy, wrongful death, negligent hiring/retention/supervision and more. She has tried several cases involving personal auto policies with national insurers.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University, where she graduated valedictorian. Elizabeth went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Elizabeth was on the Editorial Staff for the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy.
