Wendy Gaskins is an associate in our Orlando office. She specializes in handling a broad range of liability and casualty defense cases, with a particular focus on third-party insurance defense and gig economy-related liability issues. Wendy is a skilled litigator whose experience will benefit clients to get expedient outcomes.
Prior to joining the firm, Wendy worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Orlando, Florida. During her tenure, she handled more than 15 jury trials, including cases involving attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and battery, firearm offenses, theft, DUI, and other traffic-related crimes.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in French from Temple University. Later, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she was recognized with the Book Award for excellence in Civil Procedure.
