Eric Michael Fresco is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Eric is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice on civil litigation, premises liability, security negligence, insurance defense, and insurance fraud. He is well known for his attention to detail and aggressiveness in defending his clients. 

Before joining the team at Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Eric worked with other outstanding legal firms in all aspects of litigation through trial.  

Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree at Florida International University and his Juris Doctor at St. Thomas Law School.

Eric is a Miami native and is fluent in English and Spanish.
