William J. Frankl is an associate at the firm’s Miami office. He is a trial lawyer who  focuses his practice on admiralty and maritime matters. William is a skilled litigator who uses his strong advocacy skills to help his clients achieve satisfactory settlements and resolutions. 

Prior to joining HM&B, William litigated in state and federal courts with a maritime law firm in Miami, defending boat owners, marinas, cruise lines and other players in the maritime industry against personal injury, property damage and breach of contract claims.

Originally from Santa Rosa, California, William graduated Magna Cum Laude from the George Washington University in Washington DC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, where he immersed himself in the school’s extensive maritime law program, obtaining a certificate in maritime law. 

William is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
