Damian is Of Counsel in the firm’s Miami office. He is a seasoned trial lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience in defense litigation, specializing in cases involving industrial accidents, contaminated drugs, product liability, environmental contamination, medical malpractice, vehicular accidents, negligent security, and discrimination. Over the course of his career, he has successfully resolved more than 200 cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Damian most recently served as managing partner, opening the first East Coast office of a regional defense firm in Fort Lauderdale. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a partner at a national defense firm.
