Steve Farkas is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Steve is a trial lawyer. For the last 10 years, he has focused his practice in handling Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases. Steve prides himself on communicating extensively with his clients. As a seasoned litigator, he uses his strong advocacy skills to help these clients achieve satisfactory settlements and resolutions.

Prior to joining HMB, Steve worked for 8 many years handling a vast variety of PIP claims at statewide insurance defense firms.  Steve has numerous published orders in the Florida Law Weekly Supplement on a variety of PIP-related issues ranging from venue, sufficient of demand letters, motions for protective orders, and motions for fees and costs under Fla. Stat. 57.105. He is also an authorized instructor at FIFEC (the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee.)

Steve lives with his family in the Tampa Bay area. Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling, learning foreign languages, digital landscape photography, reading about historical events, participating in 5k runs, and doing interior design.
