Daniella Escobio is an associate attorney at Hamilton Miller’s Miami office. Her practice is concentrated in premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death and bodily injury litigation.  

Daniella was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents. She graduated from Westminster Christian High School and went on to attend New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she received a bachelor’s in fine arts. Daniella graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law where she was an active member of the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates and President of the Cuban American Bar Association FIU Law Chapter. 

Apart from litigation, Daniella is an active member of Miami-Dade County’s Economic Advocacy Trust where she presides as judge over teen court cases involving youthful offenders convicted of misdemeanors.
