Tiffany Basdeosingh is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Tiffany is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on first party property litigation. She is well-known for her vigorous advocacy on behalf of her clients. 

Before joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Tiffany represented numerous carriers in first party insurance defense matters, giving her significant insurance defense litigation experience especially in the areas of complex hurricane, wind, flood, water, mold, and bad faith claims. 

Tiffany graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Tiffany was a part of  the Children’s Advocacy and Family Law Clinics, both of which served local disadvantaged community members. Prior to graduation, she obtained the Book Award for an upper level research paper focusing on human trafficking in South Florida. 

Tiffany considers herself a South Florida native. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
