Daniel Agos is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office. He is a skilled litigator who focuses his practice on general civil litigation, premises liability and insurance defense. Dan is known for his zealous advocacy on behalf of clients and his effective litigation strategies to meet their needs.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Daniel spent several years gaining litigation experience at other firms in Miami, where he successfully argued motions for summary judgment, dismissals with prejudice and special set evidentiary hearings with favorable outcomes. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked for multiple professional sports organizations.

Daniel was born and raised in New Jersey and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
