Jerry Hamilton Bestowed the Honor of Being a GOODguy

Congratulations to our Managing Partner, Jerry Hamilton! At a ceremony on October 24, Jerry was bestowed the honor of being a #GOODGuy. The acronym stands for Guys Overcoming Obstacles to Diversity. This program was created by the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations. Over the years, research has repeatedly shown that the key to achieving gender parity is to engage men in the advancement of women lawyers. MDFAWL – Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers has actively championed this cause and recognizes male managing partners and firm leaders in Miami-Dade County who are outstanding supporters of women lawyers. In addition to Jerry, we congratulate the other deserving GOOD Guy recipients: Wifredo Ferrer, David Markus and Richard P. Cole. The event was well attended by several notable leaders in the local legal community. Our thanks to MDFAWL which continues to dedicate itself to promoting the advancement of women in the legal profession, and advocating in support of women’s rights.
