Jennifer H. Tedesco is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office. Jennifer is a veteran trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has litigated complex legal issues and high exposure claims. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to anticipate, analyze, and litigate a wide range of cases involving catastrophic losses, personal injury, premises liability, product defect, fires and explosions, aviation losses, and construction defects using strategic and aggressive trial strategies.

Jennifer’s career included a position as Director of Litigation and Complex Claims for a large insurance company. In this role she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies for handling, resolving, and defending large loss claims and complex property and casualty claims throughout the southeastern United States. Here, she provided expertise, direction and recommendations to executives and risk management teams on high exposure losses and reserves and ensured the carrier’s compliance with multi-state legislative, statutory and industry requirements. 

Jennifer graduated with honors from Stetson College of Law and while in law school, was a Dean’s Fellow and a member of Stetson’s distinguished and nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Team. 

Jennifer is admitted to the State Bars of Florida and Kentucky and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She has been admitted Pro Hac Vice as lead counsel in Federal Courts nationwide.
