Michelle L. Ferrera is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. For over a decade, she has concentrated her practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection/No Fault Litigation. She is a skilled litigator with extensive experience representing and defending multiple insurance carriers.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, Michelle was a senior associate at a state-wide firm focusing on insurance defense. 

While attending law school, Michelle clerked at a Coral Springs personal injury law firm where she gained experience in personal injury claims, nursing home neglect actions, and wrongful death actions. During her last year of undergraduate studies, Michelle spent a semester interning at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.
