We are experienced in the defense of all types of labor and employment litigation, including age, race, gender, religion and other discrimination claims, wage and hour issues, claims of sexual and other types of harassment, claims of retaliatory discharge, ADA compliance and claims, employee benefits and pension litigation, and whistleblower
and retaliation claims. We represent clients throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
We advise clients on the prevention of employment related claims, in addition to preparation of employment and consulting agreements, ADA compliance advice, and preparation of employment policies, manuals, offer letters, and executive agreements.
We assist clients in the area of labor law from day-to-day management advice to the handling of labor law claims at arbitration and administrative proceedings. We also handle collective bargaining negotiations and agreements. We handle litigation at both the State and Federal level and have handled representation before various boards, as well as appeals.
