Philip M. Wallace is an associate with the firm’s Tampa Office. He began his legal career representing two major Florida supermarket chains which focused his practice on premises and products liability matters. Mr. Wallace has grown his insurance defense practice to include the areas of 1st party property, 3rd party property, personal injury protection, automobile negligence, negligent security and general liability.
He attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, cum laude, in 2005. Mr. Wallace received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. While at Stetson, he completed clerkships with the Manatee County Attorney’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office, 13th Judicial District. Mr. Wallace is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Outside of the office, Mr. Wallace enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their two unruly German shorthaired pointers. He is an avid fisherman, golfer and Florida Gator fan.
