Christopher Beck is a litigator whose experience far exceeds his years in practice. His enthusiasm for litigation began with his work in the 8th Judicial Circuit where he gained valuable courtroom experience at hearings and trials, as well as refining his case strategy, writing and research skills. Chris joins Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel from a regional defense firm where he managed a high volume of federal court cases. Notably, his work included defending a $1 Billion TCPA action, defending a €0.5 million international shareholder derivative action, and defending numerous catastrophic personal injury actions for claims in excess of 6 figures. A lifelong athlete, Chris has applied the same discipline, practice, and perseverance to his practice of law to achieve success.
Chris focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury claims, premises liability defense, product liability defense, and complex business disputes. He represents international hotels and resorts, manufacturers and distributors, retail businesses, and the country’s preeminent insurance companies.
Chris is conversant in French.
